Right of withdrawal when purchasing online

You have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Here you can easily and digitally notify us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email.

Note: The receipt confirms that we have received your request – it does not mean that it has been approved. We will review your case and get back to you with information and instructions for return and refund.

Good to know before you regret it

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you (or your representative) received the goods.
  • The item must be returnable. You are responsible for any loss in value if the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its properties and function.
  • Some exceptions may apply, such as software or licenses that have been put into use.
  • Right of withdrawal and complaint/warranty are different things. If your case concerns a defect in the product, contact us and we will help you further.
