How long does troubleshooting and repair take?

Troubleshooting usually takes 24-48 hours. Repair time depends on the type of problem, but we always provide an exact time frame when the quote is ready.

How much does it cost?

Troubleshooting costs from 390 SEK. When replacing components (e.g. graphics cards), there is an additional cost for the component + labor. We always provide a clear price quote before the work begins.

What computers do you repair?

We repair all Windows-based laptops and gaming computers, both new and used.

Do I have to send in the computer?

You can choose to drop off your computer at our office in Hallstahammar or send it by freight. We are responsible for handling the computer safely throughout the process.

Can you sell me the computer if I want to replace it?

Yes! We also offer the option to sell the computer through us, which can give you a better price than a direct sale. We handle the entire process safely and securely. Read more here.
