Right of withdrawal
As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our products when the goods are sent to your home, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the goods.
For corporate customers, there is no right of withdrawal or open purchase, unless otherwise specifically agreed.
To receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received. Plastic covers, stickers and other original parts must be included. not removed or altered. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Refunds will be made after we have received the item and confirmed that it is in unaltered condition. Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of additional options (e.g. Office packages) or hygiene products such as headphones, mice and keyboards. How to return an item:- Contact our customer service at support@tns-gaming.se or call 072-444 44 87 to notify the return.
- Pack the item carefully in the original packaging with all accessories and protection remaining.
- Send the item to the address Hans von Kantzows väg 50, 734 40 Hallstahammar.
Delivery, damage and return conditions
We ship insured and trackable packages all over Sweden. Delivery time is normally 2–5 working days from confirmed order, but may vary depending on load and availability.- About the package not is collected and returned to us, we will deduct 20% from the order amount upon refund.
- Any shipping damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt, otherwise damages will not be compensated.
Prices and products
TNS Gaming sells desktop and laptop gaming computers, accessories (mouse, keyboard, mouse pad, etc.) and monitors. We use profit margin taxation (VMB) including VAT on used goods. Used goods are always marked at the bottom of the product description. Payment can be made via Swish, Klarna, card or invoice.- Invoice fee: SEK 69
- Late payment interest: 12 %
- In case of late payment, the matter will be handed over to debt collection with additional costs.
- Used products are clearly marked in the ad, new products are unmarked.
- Operating systems can be changed by the customer at their own risk.
Guarantee
We offer a 1-year free warranty unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. The warranty does not cover:- Software error or installation/copying problem
- Operating error
- Physical damage, e.g. transport damage
- Error due to incorrect power conditions
- Consumables such as batteries
- Normal maintenance, such as cleaning
- Wear and tear during normal use
- Settings or adjustments made by the user
- The warranty is void if the computer is opened by anyone other than TNS Gaming.
Right of complaint according to law
In addition to the right of withdrawal, you as a consumer have the right to complain about defects for up to 3 years according to the Consumer Sales Act. This applies if the product is faulty or does not comply with what was agreed.Personal data and privacy
