Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

As a consumer (private individual), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on our products when the goods are sent to your home, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the goods.<\/p>\n

For corporate customers, there is no right of withdrawal or open purchase, unless otherwise specifically agreed.<\/p>\n

To receive a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received. Plastic covers, stickers and other original parts must be included. not<\/strong> removed or altered. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Refunds will be made after we have received the item and confirmed that it is in unaltered condition.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases of additional options (e.g. Office packages) or hygiene products such as headphones, mice and keyboards.<\/p>\n

How to return an item:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging with all accessories and protection remaining.<\/li>\n

    Delivery, damage and return conditions<\/h2>\n

    We ship insured and trackable packages all over Sweden. Delivery time is normally 2\u20135 working days from confirmed order, but may vary depending on load and availability.<\/p>\n
